For Measurement and detection of Human Anti-Mouse Antibody (HAMA) in serum. HAMA is a factor found in human serum as a result of therapeutic or diagnostic treatment with mouse antibodies, or exposure to mouse proteins. This HAMA assay is useful for the study and monitoring of patients treated with mouse IgG. • This kit is based upon sandwich immunoassay technique, using Biotin-labelled secondary antibody and Avidin-HRP, TMB (Tetra Methyl Benzidine) substrate.
